This raspberry Boon was a real rarity until now, as it was only available for a few weeks during the summer. Frank Boon was the first brewer to make raspberry lambic again from 1976. More than 300 grams of fresh raspberries were used per liter, so Framboise Boon entered the public consciousness as a beer with a fresh fruity taste. The young lambic provides character, but this beer is more raspberry than lambic.
