The dwarves enjoy not only good beers, but also tasty, juicy cherries. Every year, after the cherry harvest, a huge amount of it is accumulated in the storage room above the beer cellar. On one occasion, the harvest was so abundant that the slab broke under the weight of the abundance of fruit, and the fresh cherries tumbled into the Mc Chouffe (brown) beer barrel. This is how the new favorite of dwarfs, Cherry Chouffe, was born! In this powerful, full-flavored fruit beer, in addition to the intense cherry flavor, you can also find hints of strawberries, almonds, and even sweet port wine. Sweet and pleasantly astringent, only a soft bitterness slipping through at the end of the sip reminds us that we are actually drinking beer.
