Léfebvre Sörfőzde (1876), Quenast-Rebec, Brabant
An opaque beverage that evokes the color of darkly brewed black coffee, adorned with short-lived foam. It has a subtle aroma that unfolds after aeration, with notes of coffee and caramelized sugar. Despite its larger-than-medium body, it initially presents a cool flavor profile that later reveals sweet undertones. Childhood treats come to mind, with hints of Turkish delight, but above all, marshmallows in abundance.
