It has a hazy golden color with hazelnut-brown highlights. The foam is long-lasting. In both aroma and taste, yeast and citrusy notes of lemon, orange, and grapefruit dominate. Upon swallowing a sip, the elegant bitterness of hops greets the palate, becoming dominant in the aftertaste. It doesn’t belong to the category of light, thirst-quenching beers, but rather to the hearty, satisfying category of wheat beers.
