The clear, transparent, red beer is crowned by light, pink foam. For a moment, its smell takes us back to our young childhood: syrups, candies, and the first encounter with must. This beer spent eighteen months on lees before being blended with strawberry, raspberry and cranberry juice. The ingredients come back from the first sip: the drink is sweet like strawberries, sour like cherries, and the aftertaste is tart like blueberries.
