Old and young lambic beers are matured with fruit in oak barrels and then bottled to the delight of fruit beer lovers. The fruit content of the beer is about 400 grams of real cherries per liter. The oak barrel flavors and mouth-watering tartness form a unique harmony with the rich and sour taste of the cherry.
