The brewery’s pride, delighting with its dark brown color and a massive, creamy crown of foam. Its aroma indicates in advance: we are dealing with a great beer. The sweet wave that appears at the beginning of the sip is gently broken by the subtly burnt flavor of roasted malt, but not overshadowed. Its rich, malty flavor is enriched by matured fruits, followed by a long, sweet-bitter aftertaste. The alcohol doesn’t hide in the background. The balance among its powerful flavors is so good that we can decide which aspect to focus on! Dense, creamy, lively, and silky.
