Blanche de Namur

Description

4,5% vallon búzasör

Du Bocq Sörfőzde (1858), Purnode, Namur

Although its production technology is similar to that of Flemish wheat beers, its elegance and slim style are more reminiscent of Wallonian origin. It has an incredibly large and creamy head with a lace-like texture. Its citrusy aromas transition into the scent of oak barrels when exposed to air. It has a light body and a refreshing, slightly grainy flavor profile. The “sur lie” label indicates that it has matured for a long time on a fine yeast bed. In recent years, Blanche De Namur has been chosen as the world’s best wheat beer on multiple occasions!
