This beer is the fruit-infused red variation of the “castle beers” from Inglemunster. It has a deep ruby color, and its pink foam lasts for a relatively short time. The aroma is dominated by cherry and almond. It has a slender but firm body, with its alcohol and sugar content elegantly concealed yet still powerful. At the end of each sip, a distinct hop aroma can be detected.
