A strong beer that underwent triple fermentation. Its name suggests that excessive consumption might easily lead to a “beheading.” Its scent is fresh and fruity, with a hint of honey. Its basic taste is hard to define. The balance between sweetness and acidity is disrupted by a rough bitterness. In addition, and above all, the alcoholic taste dominates unmistakably, so much so that alcohol peeks out from every corner of the beer. In the aftertaste, alcohol and bitter flavors also “bang.”
