It is made using not only the usual ingredients but also buckwheat and rice, along with various spices (coriander and orange peel). It has everything one would expect from a typical Belgian wheat beer: extremely refreshing, fruity, subtly spicy, with a restrained bitterness and pleasantly tangy.
