A reddish-brown, unfiltered beer. Upon opening the bottle, a fruity aroma greets the nose, mingling with hints of soy. The first sip introduces a full spectrum of flavors, where chocolate, raisins, and, most notably, the delicate taste of coriander take the lead. With prolonged aeration, notes of orange and cinnamon also make an appearance. A beer of grand stature.
