The owner of the brewery, René Lindemans, gave his own name to this fine and flavorful beverage, which is a richly foaming and lively lambic with the nutty character of Palo Cortado sherry. It is characterized by a smooth, well-balanced taste and a long-lasting, dry aftertaste. The beer is a blend of brews aged from six months to three years, further matured for an additional year. We recommend it to experienced and seasoned beer tasters.
